I routinely have text captions that do not show up when I publish 2019 Captivate project
I have worked with 2019 Captivate projects on a Mac and a PC. I am getting expected results when I preview HTML5 in browsers (Safari, Chrome, IE) and I routinely have text captions that do not show up when I publish the HTML5 project to a folder. Is this a recurring or known issue? Any work arounds? I’m hoping for the dream of WYSIWYG performance between preview and publish.

WYSIWYG for HTML output, think that is daydreaming since each browser has a different support protocol.
Which exact version do you use? Which Theme fonts? Are those text captions (sure they are not shapes???) static or dynamic. Dynamic means that they have variables embedded.
Do you use a custom theme? If yes, was it created in the present version or at least updated to that version after testing?
