Problems hosting with Amazon S3

Hello,

I’m testing Captivate. I have used Amazon S3 to host one simulation successfully. I uploaded the assessment in the same way and in a separate bucket, but the site isn’t able to access all of the style sheets properly. I get this error message when I click on index.html. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

</Error>
Thanks,
Rachel

It’s the middle of 2023, 3 years since this was posted.  Has anyone resolved this?

Hi Rachel, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the frustratingly long wait!! Appreciate your patience. I have been moderating this community for over a year now and thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me take this query to our support team, while you are in the loop on a mail thread.

Hi, did anyone solve this issue? I don’t have reporting enabled, I just uploaded the html5 folder to a fresh s3 bucket, but opening the index.html results in this exact error message. I need to test my course on aws though since i don’t have access to my clients intranet webspace, where the course will be finally published.

Did you allow Captivate to zip the folder in the Publish dialog box?

You can try to upload a test project here in the community, it uses AWS as well.
