Just wondering if anyone has made any progress with a RTL languages (RTL-Right to Left Languages) and/or typing in Adobe Captivate. Wanting to teach Hebrew and desperately need a “RTL” fix.

Can you elaborate? Did you enable the RTL language option in the preferences for the file?  Here are the steps…

  1. Open Captivate, but DO NOT open your elearning file yet.
  2. Select edit: Preferences from top menu
  3. On Preferences panel, select ‘Requires Indic Composer …’
  4. Select the option for ‘right to left’ just below that.
  5. Click OK
  6. Now create your Captivate project.  Text you type or paste will appear as expected.
