I bother to ask. I downloaded the file to try it out, Adobe Captivate could not open “files_2020_10 …. cptx” Ensure that:
– the file is not open already.
– the file is not damaged for example, if the file was an email attachement, ensure that you have decoded the file correctly.
Please ask how to fix it.
