!, how to open .swf file in latest Adobe 2019, mainly As2 file, its not loading in aggregator

If you simply need a way to open and view SWF files – review this thread for a way to do that.
It will not allow any editing – just viewing.

Sorry but there is perhaps a terminology problem. You cannot open a SWF file with Captivate, it can only be played using the SWF (or Flash) Player. In Captivate you can only open cptx-files. If you are talking about a very old cp file, it will not be possible anymore to open it in the most recent versions of Captivate neither.
