I noticed I had accumulated 23 points and when I signed on the next day they were all gone. Today it showed a balance of 11 points at sign-on.
Why can’t I like any of the discussions? It disappears immediately after I click on it. System glitch?

I just learned about this point system and I think it is really cool. I wish other platforms did this.
It’s cool in concept but seems pretty ill conceived and not super well executed. If I end up getting a free year of Captivate, though, I guess I won’t be complaining.
The system is a little buggy. Thankfully they pull points quarterly for the rewards, so as long as they all show up by those dates, you should be good. It’s a bit harder if you’re trying to keep track of how close you are to another level though.
Just a personal comment: do you know any other forum where likes lead to a score for the person who ‘likes’ and not to the author of the blog? Please let me know if you know such a situation, I don’t.
I don’t either. It does seem weird that you wouldn’t get anything for people liking your content. I’d think you’d at least get a point for each like you get.
I get daily lot of likes… in order to have the heavy clickers update their score. Very weird, never happens on any forum where I try to help other users, except here.
