I personally think adobe captivate is a great learning and recording environment.
By using this your able to record your screen too use in different scenarios

Nice to read that you appreciate Captivate as a screen capture tool. It was the first goal when it was released over a decade (almost two) ago. However it is now used for much more: please explore all the possibilities to add interactions, to create games, soft skills training, scenario based learning, interactive video, VR slides and projects… just to mention some.
