I am having an issue with adding closed captions to my project. On some slides it will show but not on others. Can anyone solve this. I tried to upload the project here but the file is too large.

Which exact version are you using, please? You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate.
Is this a responsive or a non-responsive project? Did you set up the CC for the Project, or slide by slide?
