Are you sure imsmanifest.xml or tincan.xml is in the root of your package/zip, and not in a subfolder within your zip?

Is there a .cptx file I can use?

I know it may seem minor, but wanted to commend you on your use of diverse characters!! So many courses I take don’t seem to have diverse representation of their learners in the form of ethnicity, disabilities, and other attributes that help to characterize. Thank you!
