I am new to the redeem procedure, please advise me for the steps that I need to take to redeem my points toward adobe captivate subscription. I have searched for it, but there is not a clear description of what I need to do.

I have had 300+ points for 3+months. I’ve never been contacted about a free subscription period. What should I do?
I never got an email and I have enough points.
Adobe keeps track of this. They contact you at the start of the next quarter as this is when they send out the licence.
