I’ve been adding closed captions to a captivate project.  However, the quiz slides will not show the “closed caption” text.  The “CC” button is on the play bar.  I’m also using quiz questions from “random question pools.”

Have I missed a setting?

By definition CC is always linked and synchronised with slide audio. Do you have slide audio on the quiz slides? Or are you talking about another type of audio. The question and answers are embedded objects, they are normally not included in slide audio, narration.
