I came from the Storyline 360 world.
I remember there was a file option in Storyline that allowed a use to use assets/images/themes in Storyline in a traditional PowerPoint presentation.
While I see some methods for converting PowerPoint into Captivate, is there a way I can access content from Captivate into PPTs?

Yes, that is possible but is not recomended as you will see the contet very waful.
I guess you can, but to some extent, try the export option.
The answer is negative. StoryLine is based on the PPT workflow, but themes in Captivate have a lot more features (can also have interactive objects and advanced/shared actions). Moreover the import of PPT slides is certainly not as good as in typical PPT plugin tools (iSpring is an example).
Can you use assets from Captivate in PPT? Sure, export them from the project library in Captivate.
