Need help fixing black screen and non functioning hotspots on 360 slides on apple devices.
Issue only on apple devices and i need to know how to fix it..
When a 360 slide is used in an e-learning project this particular content doesn’t load properly and does not work. see image below.
Does anyone know how to fix this exact issue please? thanks so much!

Hi, Is the issue happening in live preview and when published, or just preview?
Also, are you building on Windows or Mac and what version of captivate are you using?
