Change text in click to reveal slide with 4 click areas.
I am attempting to edit a click to reveal Captivate slide for an eLearning module.
I am still learning Captivate 2019. I can not find a way to change the text which displays when one of the click to reveal is clicked.
You expert knowledge will be appreciated.

Just guessing: are you using a slide from the Quick Start Projects? If yes, have a look at this blog:

If you want more detailed help, please mention the Project and the Slide(s) you are using. You probably bumped onto multistate objects and need to edit the texts in the states using the Object State panel which you can open with the State view button in the Properties panel of the multistate object.
