Hello
I really need help with a captivate file. I embedded a mp4 into file to the cpx file. When publishing the cpx file to mp4 the intro movie doesn’t play or work. Just when published to MP4. How can I fix this situation? Please help.

Embedding videos in a cptx project, then publish as video is never a trustworthy way. You need to make sure that you need exactly the same settings for the videos, insert them as slide video and even in that case you can have issues with synchronizing. You could capture the project with Video Demo while playing the cptx-project with Preview in Browser.
