Hi everyone!

I am having the toughest time accessing Adobe Captivate. I have a monthly subscription that I just purchased and whenever I download captivate to my device, I either can’t open it (on my windows laptop) or I download it and open it, but the slides are only visible on the left hand side but not on the stage. This is as far as I have gotten where I am able to open captivate but when I open any type of presentation, there is no slide on the center/stage of my screen. I looked at past posts and I see that others were able to fix this issue by downloading a previous version. I tried downloading a previous one and it says “failed- forbidden”– I should say that I got this link from an adobe rep.

Any help is truly appreciated! I would love to be able to create some content soon. Thank you!
