Hello, I have a Captivate project that one of the slides has a link to a pdf which is located in my connect account in the content section. When I view the pdf directly from the connect account it appears fine.
When I open the pdf using the link in the captivate project the pdf has missing letters?
Anyone know what is happening and how to resolve this issue?
Is the PDF in English or any other language? This is a wild guess and I know virtually nothing about Connect accounts. But it could be related to special characters like for example German/Icelandic etc. umlauts (ä, ö, ü, ǒ, œ and more). Is this possible? Can you attach a screenshot with a section of the PDF where your missing letters are visible?
