I uploaded a project to the LMS last year with no problem.
When I upload the same project to the same LMS this year I get the following:

Difficult to answer without knowing which LMS you are using?
Can you double-check if the origin of the problem is with Captivate or with the LMS? Easiest way is to upload the course to SCORM Cloud. If it works well in that standard LMS, you’ll need to contact the LSM-people.
