You have asked the same question somewhere else. I answered that due to the lack of customisation in this new version of Captivate (from the terminology you use I know you are on version 12) this is not possible. You need to cope with the canned layouts and design options of the input field. Aligning the label and the field will be possible, but I couldn’t find a workflow to align the button as well.
