Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right place to explore this question, but I have just released a training that is experiencing some issues while playing. It appears that if the learner clicks on the video while playing, it will disable the next and back buttons and not allow them to advance. But if they let the video play through untouched, the buttons and quiz work as intended. Our LMS vendor was able to show that the system is looking for data from the click which then stalls the buttons from working.
Is there any way to disable the system by looking for data when the person is clicking around?
Thank you,
Jessica
Hi jessicaz71223676 ,
Thank you for your query.
Are you using Captivate Classic (v11.8.3) or new Adobe Captivate (v12)? Also, is the issue with slide video or event video?
Meanwhile, please install latest Captivate update for the version installed on your device and see if it resolves the issue for you. You can check for updates from Help->Check for updates.
