I’m currently working with Adobe Captivate and have encountered an issue with the quiz results slide. Despite having four sets of questions in the deck, the results slide is showing zero for all the results. I only have one results slide, but it seems that it’s not capturing the results correctly from the different scenarios and questions I’ve set up. I’m not sure where I went wrong, and I would appreciate any guidance or resources that could help me resolve this. My goal is to have a single results slide that accurately reflects the participants’ results from all sections of the quizzes at the end. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or can anyone suggest how I can troubleshoot this problem?

Please install the latest Captivate update (v12.3) by checking for updates in Captivate from Help->Check for Updates, and check if it resolves the issue for you. If the problem persists, try testing it with a new Captivate project to see if the issue continues. If the issue is only with the original project, try copying the slides from the impacted project into a new one and check if that resolves the problem.
