Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation
Summary
Dr. Donald Kirkpatrick developed the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation, also known as Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Training Evaluation. It is a globally recognized tool for assessing the efficacy of training programs within organizations. It evaluates training through four progressive levels. By systematically collecting and analyzing data at each level, organizations can identify strengths and areas for improvement in their training programs. The Kirkpatrick Model provides a structured approach to demonstrating the value of training, informing future investments, and ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of training initiatives.
