The option to create Likert scale slide is currently not available in the new Adobe Captivate (v12). You may use Adobe Captivate Classic (previously Captivate 2019) for this functionality. You can download the setup for Adobe Captivate Classic from the following URL and install it on your device: https://www.adobe.com/products/captivate/vipdownload.html.
