Can we share a published video without using an LMS or hosting it on a website, is so how?
Hi All! I am still newer to using Captivate and am reaching out to help answer a question we have. Is there any way to publish a Captivate video to share with someone without storing it in an LMS or hosting it on a website? So can I take a published video and send it to someone to view who does not have captivate? I was told this was something that could have been done back when we could publish as a SWV (shockwave file), but SWV’s are no longer supported. Does anyone have any information on this? I am currently using Captivate Classic. Thanks!

The option to export as a video (.mp4) is not available in the new Adobe Captivate (v12). However, you can still publish your project as a video using Adobe Captivate Classic.
