Hi

Thank you for your query.

In Captivate 13, you can navigate to Windows> Table of Contents>Playbar> Closed Captions
Please enable this option and publish the project.
Chcek in preview if the Closed caption function is working correctly. On LMS, learners will see the CC option in the playbar. They can toggle it on or off from there.

We hope this information addresses your query. You may also contact the technical support team directly via phone(+1-800-833-6687) or chat (https://www.adobe.com/getsupport ) for assistance.

I need a way to start out basic. I do not want to start on a different program and then, when I am finally making money, move to your program.

So, once again, you are loosing out on me as a customer. I am willing to pay. Just not over $400 a month to get started. I am happy to upgrade and increase cost as needed. Too bad you do not work with start-ups. Customer loyalty is important. If you don’t start with a beginning level, you loose out on lots of opportunities.

I understand your need to protect your product. And you do quality work. However, I am unable to use your product in the manner you offer.

I need a group of 5 people to be able to collaborate inside one program until we can produce income making product.
