Issue with software simulations being too large having keep scrolling. How to fit everything on one screen without the need to scroll.
Hello, I have an issue with the screen size on software simulations. It all fits perfectly on one screen without the need to scroll when doing the recording. But when I preview it the screen size is much larger and I have to keep scrolling to different areas. I’ve tried the full screen recording and the app window recording and also custom size recording options and I get the same results. For context my laptop is set at 1920×1080 scale and layout set to 150%. Any ideas anyone? Thank you.

Thank you for your question! We appreciate Dirk664 helpful response and wanted to confirm its accuracy. We also wanted to add that Captivate build 12.6 has been release recently so please try to install the latest update and check the issue.

Thank you for your comments Dirk. I tried re-scaling down to 100% and it did work. But when I changed back to 150% I had the same problem. My users will all have a 1920×1080 and 150% scale on their laptops. I can’t expect them to change their display settings to complete the eLearning.
Also, if you are using multiple screens (laptop + monitors), all monitors must be at the same resolution and size (1920×1080 + 100%).
