

Handling User Profile Migration Between Organizations in Adobe Learning Manager
Hi everyone,
We’ve encountered a challenge when users switch companies and end up with a new profile in our current LMS. Their previous learning profile becomes inaccessible, and migrating data between profiles appears to be quite complex and not easily supported.
We’re aware that some third-party vendors may offer this as a paid service, but we’re curious—does Adobe Learning Manager offer any built-in functionality to support user profile migration or data continuity across organizations?

With the switch of companies, the email address changes, and I assume the concern is when the same learner has two different email addresses to capture learning.
To fix this, you can enable the UUID feature on ALM. This will allow a unique ID ( set by the admin )instead of the learner’s email ID to track all their learnings irrespective of the email ID change.
