The project doesn’t seem to open correctly. Is the .CPT extension correct for Captivate?

I have attempted to open this file 5 times in Adobe Captivate 12.6. The software has stalled 3 times, loading for long periods until I closed it. Twice, it crashed. I still have not been able to view the file.
