

Issues when launching Adobe Captivate
When launching Adobe Captivate (using version 12.6.0.63) with Windows 11, it hangs almost every time. You have to launch Task Manager and end the task. This usually happens a few times before it will launch. We were provided a solution to rename a file in the CUsersusernameAppDataLocateAdobeCaptivate12 and rename folder to 12.old. We did this but still the same issue occurs. Any other solutions on how to fix this issue?
