I appreciate the link! I’m having a persistent issue with the update process: I previously attempted to update to 12.6 directly within Captivate, but the process failed and the application vanished from my system. I had to reinstall the older version from scratch. Do you think this failure could be caused by our company’s security policies or how my license is managed? I would really appreciate any extra advice on how to use this download link to successfully update without the application disappearing again.

Use this link to download and install CP 12.6:
https://www.adobe.com/products/captivate/vipdownload.html
Once you install the file downloaded from this link, it will override the existing version and install CP 12.6 on your machine.
