Using an AI voice which changes volume between captions
Using version 12.6.0.63 and the AI voice Ned Nutrition and fitness expert. The volume is inconsistent and I don’t seea rhyme or reason for why that’s happening. I tried normalizing the column on the audio file, but to no avail.

I’m not an admin on my laptop so will have to wait a few weeks for my org to make the update. I will choose a different voice.
