Beyond completion rates, the most useful insights come from drop-off points within modules, time spent vs. expected time, and question-level assessment data. These quickly highlight where learners struggle or disengage.

Identifying content gaps:
Consistent drop-offs, high time spent with low quiz scores, or repeated replays of the same content usually signal confusion. Pairing this data with quick learner feedback helps confirm what needs redesign.

Personalization:
Analytics don’t need to be complex to be effective. Early assessments can guide learners into remedial, standard, or accelerated paths, and performance data can trigger targeted resource recommendations.

Tools & dashboards:
