Thank you for posting the concern and for reaching out.
To understand why the users are getting force exited while trying to access a link or a doc icon or even when trying to access an x icon/ button within a content ,we will need to first check the settings selected for the content.
I would suggest you to reach out to learningmanagersupport@adobe.com with a brief of the issue , and a sample content where the issue is occurring so we can help troubleshoot the issue for the affected users.
