In Captivate 2019 the video playbar has a re-wind and forward function. In Captivate 13.0 the Video Playbar controls do not appear to allow rewind / forward? Am I missing something here?

My projects (courses) contain a number of “How To” videos that show how to perform a process. The re-wind and forward function is therefore important so the learner can pause / re-wind /forward a video until they become familiar with the process and can be confident when moving on to the next step of the course
