Captivate 2-character media-block crashes on iOS devices
Hi all! We’ve launched our first captivate-created training course through our DoneSafe LMS. Everything runs smoothly on Android/MS devices. I used the 2-character media-block twice (4 characters total) and linked their appearing with another. First character appears when audio stops (bookmark in timeline), after that it’s based on interactions with a 3-second delay (second appears with click on first, third with click on second, fourth with click on third). When the fourth character is clicked, the ‘NEXT’ button appears to get to the next slide.
Issue on iOS devices: the click on the fourth/last character crashes and restarts the page and trainees are stuck in a loop. They don’t to see the ‘NEXT’ button to continue.
Has anyone had similar iOS-problems?
Cheers!

Hi roselli,
Thank you for your query.
I tested this workflow with a sample Captivate project but could not reproduce the issue. If you haven’t already, please install the latest Captivate update by checking for updates from Help->Check for Updates, re-publish the project, and check if it resolves the issue.
If this does not fully address your use case, please share more details about your requirement so we can suggest accordingly. You may also contact the technical support team directly via phone (1800-614-863 for Australia) or chat (https://www.adobe.com/getsupport) for assistance.
