Hello! I am experiencing performance issues with Captivate 12.6. The app frequently lags and glitches across all functions, particularly in a project with 60 slides.
General UI Lag: Clicking between slides or menus is delayed and often “hangs.”
Audio/Text Desync: When adjusting text boxes to narration, the audio continues to play but the subtitles freeze for several seconds.
Overall Stability: The app feels unresponsive and a window appears which says “page unresponsive”.
How can i resolve this issue?

Please try installing the latest version of Captivate 13 directly from here:https://www.adobe.com/products/captivate/vipdownload.html and check once. Alternatively, you can also install the latest Captivate update by checking for updates from Help->Check for Updates, re-launch the project, and check if it resolves the issue.
