Need to update avatar to a more professional character
I am unable to update the ai avatar. I have followed these directions and they don’t work. It updates it on the initial load and as soon as the old recording starts it switches back to the original avatar.
To update or change an avatar in Adobe Captivate, follow these steps:
- Select the slide where you want to update the avatar.
- Click on the avatar on the slide to select it.
- Go to Visual properties and choose Change avatar.
- Select a new avatar from the available options or upload your own.
- Add or change the voice for the new avatar if needed.
- Click Apply to update the avatar on the selected slide.
