Some character assets are no longer showing – have they been deleted?
I have been using consistent character assets across different courses but they are no longer appearing in the asset library. Captivate 2024-2025 is up to date (version 13.0.0.168), and I am assuming the asset library has been updated as there are new characters. Is there a way to restore discontinued assets?

Hi Kate,
A few characters that were licensed from e-learning brothers are being removed, which is why you do not see the characters that you have used previously.
The only way to use those characters is: Take a screenshot of that character > Save it on our machine > Then, in the new project, insert that screenshot into the character block.
