Gen AI is asking for more credits?

I’m generating an avatar, and when I click to generate my text to audio, there is an error that says I have run out of generative AI credits. I have a paid license for Captivate 13 and was under the impression that Gen AI was an included feature. How can I get back on track? Has anyone else gotten this error?

Thank you for your question! We appreciate Paul Wilson  helpful response and wanted to confirm its accuracy. We also wanted to add that you have an Adobe Captivate team license, and the account reflects that credits are available for the entire team. For team licenses, credits are pooled and shared across the contract. Based on this, the issue appears to be related to the sign-in process. Please ensure that, during sign-in, you are selecting the correct profile, “RainFocus, LLC – VIP”, and then check whether you are able to view or use the available credits.

Visit Adobe.com and click on your profile to reveal your account information. Next to Generative AI, there is a link labelled “View details.” This will show you your Monthly generative credits. There is a link on this popup where you can learn more about generative credits and also a button to Buy more credits if you need them.
