Hi everyone,
Is anyone else facing problems with the Gen‑AI tools in Adobe Captivate? I’m currently seeing these issues:
1. Generate Image feature not working
The Generate Image option is currently unresponsive. No matter what prompt is used, the feature does not generate even a single image. It simply stays in a loading state without producing results.
2. Text‑to‑Speech AI displays a blank output
When using the AI‑powered Text‑to‑Speech functionality, the preview area appears completely blank. Error – It appears there is a problem with loading the voice.
3. Avatar Generation throws “Service Unavailable”
The Generate Avatar feature consistently returns a “Service Unavailable” error message. This occurs immediately upon triggering the generation process, making the feature unusable at the moment.
Has anyone found a workaround?
If you’ve encountered any of these issues or managed to resolve them, please share your insights. It would be extremely helpful for those of us relying on these AI features for our content development.

Please can you check the below steps and try once:-
– Close Captivate.
– Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate\utils ,; Double click on ‘CleanPreferenceWin‘ to reset the preference.
– Please check the URLs and endpoints mentioned in the help article below: – https://helpx.adobe.com/in/captivate/help/configure-url-access-for-adobe-captivate-features.html
