Hi. In which way can I get the incentives from the Level Programm (Newbie, Explorer, Guide, Master,…) Is it automatically combined with my adobe account and worked automatically? many thanks!

Captivate crashes while opening

Hi. I installed captivate and when i open the program, the window appears that the test-version has finished. In the background is captivate opening and then it crashes with no information, about it. An idea? many thanks!
