Is your Windows 64 bit?

Check whether you have 64-bit Windows
32-bit operating systems are not explicitly called as 32-bit systems.

To check the Windows version:

Click the Start menu.

Right-click Computer (in Windows 7) or My Computer (in Windows Vista and XP).

Click Properties. A System Properties window displays the operating system information. If you are running 64-bit Windows, the window indicates the version as shown in the image below. If it is not indicated, you have 32-bit Windows.
