Can’t access my Captivate 6 glossary. Tried jump to slide, ShowGlossary advanced actions, everything I can think of… HELP!

When using the learning interactions (the tabbed one), we have added audio to the slide as well as to each of the tabs. All of the audio for the slide is overlapping. How can we fix that?
