You may never see video creation the same way. Just one click to record both your desktop and your webcam and minutes later you could be publishing professional quality videos on YouTube, to mobile devices or just about anywhere you’d like. Better yet, it’s free, it’s an App for Mac, and it’s available worldwide.

Creating great videos has not traditionally been an easy task. People usually find that there are plenty of obstacles. From cameras to lighting, editing and publishing – making your own videos can be a lengthy and difficult process. Adobe changed that earlier this year with the introduction of Adobe Presenter Video Express. This amazing new tool enables anyone to quickly create professional quality show and tell videos. It’s ease-of-use is stunning, and we’ve heard customers telling us that they love using it to make videos for everything from rapid eLearning to game walk-throughs.

If you are using a Mac, you can download Adobe Presenter Video Express at the Mac App Store. Here’s that link. The tool is free to download and you can publish videos of any length for free (with a watermark.) If you’d like to publish videos without the watermark, you can either pay a small $1.99 fee, or you can acquire free publishing coupons by sharing news about the app with your friends.

It’s incredibly simple to use Adobe Presenter Video Express. You just click a single button to begin recording both the computer screen and your web cam. Once you’ve finished recording you can easily switch the final view between your webcam and your desktop – rapidly creating a professional video that shares your message with the world. Publishing from Adobe Presenter Video Express is simple, with options to publish the video to your local computer (as an mp4 video) or online to YouTube or Dropbox.

ReferAFriendIt’s also now possible to earn watermark free publishes by sharing Adobe Presenter Video Express with your friends and colleagues. To use this feature, just choose Refer a friend from the application menu. You’ll get a link to an online dialog that let’s you refer Adobe Presenter Video Express to friends. For each of your friends who downloads and installs PVX, you’ll earn 5 Free – Watermark Free video publishes. (Your friends will get 2.) referAFriendDialog

Adobe Presenter Video Express is now available to Mac users worldwide via App Stores around the world. If you are using a PC, you can download a free trial of Adobe Presenter 9 here – and experiment with the PC version of the application.

After the free trial, is it free to continue using Adobe Presenter Video Express on a PC?

M – thanks for the question.

Adobe Presenter Video Express for the Mac is Free – and remains so after download – it isn’t a trial. On the PC there is a ‘twin’ application called Adobe Presenter Video Creator. This application is provided to customers who purchase Adobe Presenter 9 (a PC only application, that makes it incredibly easy to make cool interactive eLearning courses, quickly.)

At this point the only way to get the PC App is to get Adobe Presenter 9. You can get Presenter 9 for free for 30 days, or – if you’re a qualified educator registered with the Adobe Education Exchange, you can request a 1 year free license as part of Adobe’s month long celebration of ‘Connected Educator’s Month’ during October of 2013. Here’s the URL for the info re the Adobe Education Exchange free promotion.

I should also mention that Adobe Presenter is currently available via subscription, for as little as $14.99 / month – you can learn more here: http://www.adobe.com/products/presenter/

Is ‘Adobe Presenter Video Creator’ for the PC also going to be free? Or does it keep working after the ‘Adobe Presenter 9’ trial has expired? Thanks
