If I delete the correct feedback text, how can I add it back later if we change our mind? Thanks very much.

Are you talking about a quiz slide? Or just about the correct feedback message for an interactive object (click box, button, shape button)?
For the Quiz slide: go into Quiz Properties, and check ‘Correct’.
Did you delete the message in a normal quiz slide or in the quizzing master slide?

Yes it’s a quiz slide. Just wanted to check that the Correct check box would become active again if deleted from the slide.

Also, with a sequence slide, why the Incomplete caption is not active as it is with other question types?

Thanks for your help.

You posted this as a blog instead of question, which make it tough for me to answer, cannot insert screenshots.
I want to warn you: do NEVER delete anything on a quiz slide. If you didn’t want the Correct feedback, you should have unchecked that option in the Quiz Properties. For objects where no option is available to uncheck, leave them alone. That is the case for the Submit button, which is essential on quiz slides.
There are some issues with sequence type of question slides (for HTML5 output). It is logical that Incomplete is not available, since any sequence can be entered, whether valid or invalid. For question types like T/F or MCQ the Incomplete will appear if no answer is given. However for a sequence question the user can decide that the present sequence is correct, and submit it. Hope you understand the logic?
