FYI to dev team:
In the first paragraph of the Adobe Captivte 2017 Relase notes (https://elearning.adobe.com/2017/04/adobe-captivate-2017-release/) it reads: “Adobe has made the decision to break from the product numbers of the past and now simply call the product Adobe Captivate 2017 Release.” It seems like the product was originally developed with the intention of naming it “Captivate 10” because error messages within the product self-reference as “Captivate 10.” This message generates when you initially attempt to save a course which was started in Captivate 9. This typo has no material impact on the software, just an interesting note.
Good catch, Joshua!
Hi Joshua Petersen,
Thanks for pointing out. We will take care of it in. Just to add some more information, Though the branding is Adobe Captivate 2017, the version number for the product is still 10.0.0.192(you can check the same in Help –> Adobe Captivate)
Regards,
Sankaram
