When I preview it in CP it works fine but after publishing it goes silent after a couple of slides. Not sure why the audio stops playing. I have already tried re-creating and publishing it but that didn’t solve the problem. Anyone had this issue before? Any idea on this?

Please let us know the LMS, where you have deployed the course.Are you able to see the issue, even when you publish your project to SCORM Cloud.
It would be easier for us to help you, if you would tell us the Operating system, the browser and version of captivate 9 you are using.

Yes, I’ve had silent audio problems using HTML5 exports. The audio is just background slide audio. The only solution I’ve found is to export as Flash, which sucks.
