Slide Advance Not Working – Captivate 8!?

I inserted a sample of the project where I cannot get the slide to “go to previous” or return to “slide 2” using advanced actions. The other parts of the advanced actions work, just not the slide advance.

Does anyone have some ideas I can try?

I uploaded a sample Captivate file.

Hi There,

Please try to perform the below steps and see if that makes any difference-

1. Open your Captivate project.
2. Navigate to the top menu bar and select Quiz -> Preferences.
3. In Preferences window, go to Quiz -> Settings.
4. Check the option “Allow Backward Movement” and click OK.
5. Try to preview or check the published output and now the advanced actions “go to previous” or “jump to slide 2” should work
fine.
