They are each available as a subscription or you can purchase each for a one time fee.
Is it a separate item on sell or a part of subscription plan ?
It is important to note that while most people, myself included, use Adobe PVX for creating video tutorials (explainer videos), you can also add eLearning reporting to Adobe PVX that is SCORM compliant. You can even add quiz questions with remediation functions. If you are looking for a simple to use tool that combines video and eLearning PVX is a great choice. If you want something more robust then consider Adobe Captivate.
