missing font and bullet options
Something is missing today in my Captivate 2017. I opened several projects and the fonts I’ve been using are not even an option anymore. It changed all my text to Helvetica and I was using Arial. Arial is not an option now. I don’t have near as many options as I’ve had. My bullets have also been affected and all my bulleted information has strange characters in place of the arrows and other bullets I was using.

I resolved my font issue and it was related to my Font Book on my Mac. I had to reload the fonts and now my captivate is working fine.
Was your text copy/pasted from some other editor?
I did not paste the bulleted content into Captivate. I choose the arrow bullets and typed the text in captivate. Since many of my font options have disappeared in both versions of Captivate 9 and 10, I wondered if my Font Book on my Mac got corrupted so I reinstated my fonts and validated them to make sure they weren’t corrupted.
I will email one of my projects. Although I feel like it is something with the project itself.
Oddly enough the arrow bullets I used in my project show up in preview. But in the project itself they look like strange symbols.
